★ What kind of format i should provide the file to order? 

◎ Corel Draw (*.cdr , recommendation)

◎ Adobe Photoshop (*.psd, no less than 300DPI)

◎ Tiff(*.tiff, no less than 300DPI)

◎ JPG(*.jpg, no less than 300DPI)

★ What color should i use to make design?

Please submit files in CMYK or PMS. We suggest to provide vectorial image in PDF/CDR/AI format with texts and lines outlined/curved. As the file quality is related to printing quality, high resolution file can be printed good quality products.

★ What is vector image?

The files that can be edited are vector files, such as text and LOGO are editable.

★ What is outlined?

It is converted the texts into Curves, if you didn’t do it this step, the font will change when we open on our computer.

★ Can i changed design after confirmed the proof?

We will started all the orders at 5:30 PM Bejing time everyday, once we have started the orders, no changes allowed. You can contact us to change design at the same day but before 5:00 PM Bejing time. If you notice that there’s mistake in the design, please contact us ASAP.

★ Why we have to pay special issue fee? 

When there’s special options or when we have to follow the sample color, we have to print this order alone to achieve the special options or to guarantee the color. The cost to print the order alone we called it special issue fee.

If you don’t want to pay this extra fee, then change the special options, we will print it together with other orders, this way is hard to guarantee the color. 

★ What methods of payment do you accept? 

Telegraphic Transfer, PAYPAL and WESTERN UNION.

★ Do i need to pay deposit? 

Yes, it needs to pay 50% deposit before starting the order. The spare amount should be cleared before shipping.

★ Since when the delivery time calculated from? 

When we received the deposit and confirmation of the proof from you.

★ How long will it take to get my order?

Most jobs will be shipped within 10 business days from the day we starting printing. Shipping by DHL takes about 5-7 business days to get to you depending on your location.

★ How can I get my order even faster?

Yes, if your order is urgent, please contact us and specify the details, we will try our best to get it finished on time.

★ What kind of paper will my job be printed on?

We have many kinds of paper, you can choose the suitable one depending on what you are ordering. Or we will suggest you the most suitable one.

★ How do I order multiple pieces?

To keep things simple, please place a separate order for each different printed piece you want produced. For example, if you want 3 different 11x17 brochures, please place 3 orders. Obviously, the price for 3,000 of one brochure is not the same as the price for 1,000 each of 3 different brochures.

★ Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?

Most of the time, we ship you slightly more than you ordered, free of charge. On occasion, we ship slightly fewer pieces than you ordered which is allowed in printing industry trade standards. If you plan to send your print order to a mailing list or need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order 5% over the minimum quantity you need.
